How EntryFoundry handles plugin, website, account, and document-generation data.
EntryFoundry reads the Formidable Forms entries and WordPress media you choose in order to preview, generate, display, or attach documents on your WordPress site. EntryFoundry Lite does not send form entries or generated document content to an external EntryFoundry document-generation service.
EntryFoundry includes the WordPress.org-compliant Freemius SDK for optional usage tracking, account management, licensing, payments, and add-on updates. The opt-in screen explains what Freemius receives, and optional data sharing can be skipped. Formidable entry content and generated document content are not sent to Freemius by EntryFoundry.
When you purchase or activate a commercial license, Freemius processes the account, billing, and license information needed to provide that service under its own privacy terms.
This website may process ordinary server logs, security data, and information you choose to submit through support or account services. We use that information to operate the site, respond to requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
You remain responsible for configuring your WordPress site, Formidable Forms, document access mode, retention, and privacy notices for the personal data you collect.
