EntryFoundry Pro includes a 14-day full-refund policy for purchases made exclusively through Freemius.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your EntryFoundry Pro purchase. The 14-day period begins on the purchase date shown on your Freemius receipt.
Sign in to the Freemius Customer Portal with the email used at checkout and use the available support or refund route for the EntryFoundry Pro purchase. Freemius handles and processes the refund.
Include the purchase email and order or invoice number so the payment can be identified. Do not send card details or passwords. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the time required to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
