The ground rules for using the EntryFoundry website and software.
You may use this website and EntryFoundry only in compliance with applicable law, WordPress requirements, the software license that accompanies your edition, and any commercial terms shown at checkout. You are responsible for the forms, entry data, documents, access rules, and recipients you configure.
EntryFoundry Lite is distributed under the license included with the WordPress.org package. EntryFoundry Pro is a commercial add-on sold exclusively through Freemius. Freemius provides the checkout and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, licensing, product delivery, subscriptions, renewals, and invoices.
The price, billing period, license limits, renewal terms, and any other plan-specific conditions displayed by Freemius at checkout form part of your purchase terms.
We work to keep EntryFoundry reliable, but software and online services may change, experience interruptions, or require updates. Preview, beta, roadmap, and coming-soon features are not guaranteed until they are included in a released version.
You are responsible for protecting your WordPress installation, backups, administrator accounts, generated files, and any personal data used in documents. Choose a document access mode appropriate for the sensitivity of the data and test the complete recipient workflow before production use.
Support availability depends on the edition and plan. See the support page for the correct route. EntryFoundry Pro purchases include a 14-day full-refund period, and refund requests are handled through Freemius as described in the Refund Policy.
