Start with isolation #

1. Test the same template from Generate / Test PDF.
2. Try a simple entry with small images.
3. Check PHP error logs and WordPress Site Health.
4. Confirm the uploads directory is writable.
5. Temporarily reduce image size and table length on staging.

If manual generation works but email delivery fails, investigate the submission-time email path separately.
