- Open EntryFoundry, then select Visual Builder.
- Choose a free starter design or a blank document profile.
- Select the Formidable form that supplies the document data.
- Choose a preview entry with representative test values.
- Map the required starter fields. Optional placeholders can keep their sample text.
- Launch the builder, then add or reposition fields, text, images, shapes, and tables.
- Set the page background and document access mode.
- Save the template and copy its shortcode.
The first step of the new template workflow shows the free designs first, followed by the Pro designs.
